Only caught the last 10 minutes - the continuity announcer over part of the show was very annoying. I could see this having potential, but I think it could work better with a different tone/look. I think with a more naturalistic, handheld camera look it could be more believable - and hence funnier.
I think that would ruin it completely!
I thought it needed a bit of grounding, as it was all quite big and heightened.
I've still most of the week's Comedy Labs to see. I thought this one had a few laughs, but the announcement thing at the end was like Channel 4 was pre-empting the Beeb's Doctor Who gaffe on Saturday, re Over the Rainbow by doing something even worse. Considering there's bugger all else to watch on Channel 4 except when Peep Show or The IT Crowd is running, you'd think these would have a better slot, but still that's why God invented hard drive recorders.
