The Show. (Bob Mills)

Anyone remember this? I proberly did watch it, but can't remember it at the moment.

The reason I'm asking is because I have a strange fascination with Bob Mills. Which is weird because I've never seen his stand up and the last time he was on telly was about 10 years ago, with shows like In Bed with MeDinner or Win, Lose or Draw. I was about 10 at the time so it's not even the clearest memory.

Every time I do see him on telly he's talking head on one of those top 100 shows and he always makes me laugh, I don't know why?

So was this show any good?

Can’t say I remember that particular show, but I can understand your fascination with Bob he’s a very funny man, I love his show In Bed with Medinner I remember you had to stay up very late to watch it.

He’s now a very successful writer writing for some of the top show, wonder weather he’s ever dropped in to the forum.

I remember some of his stuff and it was good - quite original at the time I seem to remember. Very observational.

Win Lose or Draw is currently being repeated on Challenge. I have to say that I thought Danny Baker was the better host though.

I too have very fond memories of The Show. It was a really innovative idea - a rare thing in television - and made for fascinating viewing (and certainly an improvement on ninety percent of other chatshows). It's a great shame it never got a second series.
