Learning lines Page 2

As others have said
Cut it down into sections, with Bullet points
or record yourself on a dictaphone.

The only other thing I know of is writing certain things down in different colours it encourages the brain to think differently & things stick in your mind better.

Befriend someone at the BBC and get them to bring a teleprompter along - if they bring their producer along too then you may get your own series!

As anyone who's ever acted with me will attest, I f**king suck at remembering lines. The only method I've found that works at all is to read the lines aloud again and again and again until they become a sort of muscle memory.

Pretty tough for your seminal performances in "The man who f**king hates black people," and "The man who wanted to be raped,"

I always record any scripts I've got to learn on my dictaphone. I find it the best way. Though reading a section then saying it out loud is also a good technique.

I tried using a dictaphone, once, due to a reccomendation, however I quickly resorted to using my fingers like everyone else.
