Synopsis Critique?

Hey

I've been a bit quiet around here lately because I'm insanely busy at the minute, and one of the reasons for that is that I've been developing a sitcom. The problem is I've hit a wall with the plot and structuring and I can't seem to figure out how to improve it. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to read a 3 page synopsis for an episode and let me know what they think of it.

I'm a bit reluctant to post it on here since I've put quite a lot of time into it, so if anyone is willing(preferably more experienced writers), please post here and I'll message you a copy.

I'd have a look, but, on this occasion, I do not consider myself a worthy candidate.

When I say experienced I just meant people who have been doing it for a while and know what's what a bit more than a beginner.
