Incredibly obscure question

Hello all - I am in search of the name of a British sitcom - saw one episode in 2007, and remember very little about it. It had to be a 70s, 80s, possibly 90s sitcom. The episode I saw involved a married couple touring in an RV. At one point, one of the spouses is left behind along the side of the road. Also, they have a neighbors, I believe, one of whom may have offensive breath (perhaps from alcohol). This is not Keeping Up Appearances, or any of the other very well known comedies. Been seeking since 2007.

Can you tell us anything else about it? What did the stars look like? Can you identify any accents?

All I know is it was an older couple. I thought it was One Foot in the Grave, so I've bought four seasons so far and haven't seen that episode. I need to find an espisode synopsis and see. They do seem like they're the perfect couple for the situation. Here's hoping! Thanks -

Isn't it the episode One Foot In The Algarve with Peter Cook? The Christmas special which probably isn't on one of the series box sets.
