Oh, so that's what that was all about? Just caught the bit when the guy in the wheelchair was refusing to salute... weird!
I only caught the last 20 minutes or so, but I thought it was a bit odd. I guess having the special needs guy was to point up NK's attitude to the disabled, but I can't help but think that their presence was something of a propaganda coup for the regime.
I thought they get rid of their disabled and this was supposed to cause them some embarrasment.
