Thanks again everyone :0) It's nice to get such a positive response. Especially for such a silly idea that I was worried might only be funny in my head! Big lesson learned today... be a bit more mad!

After his first shot I'd have his hand reach into a basket where there's two remaining Cats and grab one.

Great as it is you could do a nice rule of 3 gag where the final throw has the cat clingng to the board by its claws and the commentator saying 190!

Bad idea for two reasons:
1) It would make the sketch stand or fall on the strength of the "190" punchline, which isn't great.
2) It would imply an underlying logic to the game -- the first two throws are merely unsuccessful attempts at getting the cat to cling to the board. As it stands, it's just a guy throwing cats at a dartboard for no readily apparent reason. Which, for me at least, is its silly appeal.
Fair enough. There are many ways to skin a cat darts sketch. I think it's great as it is but I was a little disappointed by the third throw.
As a cat lover I still enjoyed this. Nice one Mr Pie.

Maybe, on the third throw the cat could have launched the dart player... then again maybe not. Good sketch mind.
