I went to their roadshow in Cardiff last year - about an hour long I reckon, with a presenter and one of their script readers.
This round though, they give you a whole afternoon 2-6 with various workshops - anyone been on this yet?
I'm going to the Cardiff one on Tuesday - 'sell-out' apparently.
