Yea. I'm often still up at that hour but still annoys me if people text or call. Mostly because I go into a slight panic thinking something is wrong. If something was urgent like you're in trouble, hurt or just really need someone to talk to then I don't care what time it is. Otherwise wait until a reasonable hour.

Exactly! One day she'll need me at midnight and I'll ignore her because I'll think she just wants to talk about her new shoes.

I have a rule of thumb.

If you phone my mobile before 9am or after 5pm. It's not getting answered.

No not really. That why I have a email and Local FB account if they need me to do social stuff leave me a message.

He is too busy with his work at the Legion of Doom.

Legion of Doom?

Pah he works for the Platoon of Mild Peril

People who believe in Numerology. Not just the idiots who believe that Friday 13th is unlucky, won't go to the 13th floor of a building or won't sit in the 13th row.

The real morons are those that add and subtract numbers to back up their bullshit theories.

But without a doubt, the biggest load of dim wads are the Mayan Calendar twunts. The universe ended for the Mayans in 1697 brainiacs.

Numerology works!

It can predict events that happen almost 50 years ago with uncanny accuracy.

Flatland agency. There are loads of flats we can't see without paying 70 quid for their appointment service. Might be worth it if you a) have seventy quid going spare and b) want to take your time looking at and choosing places. But there's no way of just going to see a flat and they seem to have taken all the decent ones.

70 quid! Is that a one-off fee or do you have to pay it every time you view a flat? Either way, it seems a bit ridiculous.

It's an introduction to the agency fee. Clearly a massive con. Especially when you're in a position to take the first flat that meets basic criteria

That is a bit dodgy. I resented paying agency fees when I let a property, never mind just to see if they might have a flat I might want.

Yup. I am feeling very very sorry for myself

Console

I bet that's helped enormously.
