Explode?!
Do they run on gas in Australia?

Some do. They are meant to be more friendly to the environment.

Yes and yes, but...the film kind of goes wonky 2/3rds the way in. It feels like the writers looked at each other and said 'what do we do now?'. The ending felt incredibly tedious and tacked on. In fact, I bet most people on here don't even remember the real ending.

Dennis Hopper getting his head ripped off. But yes, the real Speed always feels like the stuff on the bus, and it suffers when the bus is gone.

New thing that really pisses me off -

When people write a post on the BCG and use the wrong parentheses - [word] instead of (word). Then when you try to quote their post, the html has a spaz and it looks like you can't format your BB code properly.

Sort it out boffins!

The train crashes out from a tunnel, slides along and then they kiss, her still handcuffed to a pole?

Or alternatively, stop using those brackets in posts, idiots!

Nice going Spoiler Squad, why don't you fly over to Australia and act the entire film out for reds?

That's bound to happen.

Haha. Oops. But he only has himself to blame!

Well we keep saying it enough.
And usually people are using them wrongly anyway. Like instead of normal brackets: ()
Mental.

True, the film did come out in 1994 - surely it must be available in Oz now.

He is a She. Wave

I'm sure I could rent the movie in a DVD shop if I could find one still operating. I'm not that desperate to see it though. Feel free however if any of you want to come down here and show me - I will then hitch ride back to the Uk in your luggage.

I had always assumed as much. And they're all female when I've finished with them.

Squeel!

Yes, I first suspected this when she talked about being pissed off with that creepy guy who asked what she was wearing under her top.

You have never wanted to ask Kevin Murphy the same question?
