I do. I do a big shop, but little things run out every now and then and require a trip to the local corner shop. It wouldn't be so bad if they all ran out at the same time 
But I'm too lazy to go, I'll just do without until something else goes and then get them together.
I'm running extremely low here too. If it wasn't for relatively small things running out, I wouldn't need to go back to the shop for almost a week. Boo hiss.
