Oh dear. Don't you want to go anywhere else?

Whyyyyyyyyyyy?
I want to go to King's College London as first choice, but I'm now convinced that if UCL don't want me; then it's just as likely that King's won't either.

They haven't said. I e-mailed them, but I'm not holding out much hope for a justified reply.

You never know. Have a few more back ups just in case. Years on it's like GCSE grades - it doesn't really matter.
I want to go somewhere I like though, and not be stuck somewhere I *don't* like for 3 years.

Mmmm. Though you don't really know where anywhere's like until you're actually there and then over a term later you leave and then start all over again somewhere else. Sorry, a bit of my history there and the reason I left was more to do with the course but still at the end of the day it's not really had any impact on my life.
Aaaaaaaaand their explanation was shite.

If that did happen, the worse would be to refer yourself to another uni after a year. No shame in that, it's very common.
If they didn't say yes, why would you want to go anyway? Look upon it as a lucky escape
I remember the fun of UCAS! Got one unconditional offer, two conditional, and three rejections! I turned down the unconditional actually because it wasn't the place for me in the end. I wasn't fond of the one I choose in the end once I was there but I still take pride in the fact it was my choice. The thing is it is a gamble but you won't know until you get there. To worry now is pointless, you may fall in love with where you end up and you will meet soooo many people, you will feel sad and the thought that you might not have met them if you had got this offer.

One place turned me down because I didn't have above a C grade in GCSE science....
FOR A THEATRE DEGREE!!!
I only put down two choices.
I went for the full six.
I was very close to only putting one!
We got 5 choices, and it's just so silly! Okay, arrogance mode for a sentence now, beware! Nine A*s and an A at GCSE, and three predicted As at A2; so I should not have been rejected, unless it was on my B at AS in Spanish.
Is space an issue in these places? *clueless*
The amount of places is. If space was then I'd be okay. I don't take up very much room.
You'd be amazed at the reasons for rejections.
