Things that piss you off Page 1,408

All those photos are of them mid sneeze or after 3 hours at the gym and purging session.

To be honest, RC, you sometimes give the impression of just not liking women very much. I hope that is a false impression.

My complaint is more to do with the aforementioned charity scam, emotional blackmail and bullying. Followed by the vanity, peer pressure and extortion.

I love women, I wouldn't have sex with anything less, I just don't like double standards and hypocrisy. If you gals want, I can just do what the rest of the blokes do when you kick up a fuss - automatically agree with everything you say for the sake of a quiet life or ignore you completely - which I find to be much more sexist and patronising - but if you don't want your views challenged, then that is up to you.

Why do you save all that for the Facebook lot? ;)

Because unlike you lot, they're real people with feelings. ;)

I just don't like double standards and hypocrisy.

So what do you consider "liking" a picture that you secretly think looks terrible?

The main problem with this campaign is that it perpetuates the notion that women wearing make up is the accepted norm and anything else is the facial equivalent of taking a bath in baked beans - oh,you usually use water, so let's do something really weird and wacky for charity - I know, let's show your natural faces! Crazy.

And yes, before you say anything, I know that women buy into that idea as much as men.

Also, the extent to which make up makes a difference on a woman's face has less to do with her attractiveness and more to do with her colouring. I basically look the same with or without make up, because I have dark hair and pale skin. So my eyebrows and lashes are already dark and don't need painting in. There are girls who are far more attractive than me but wear more make up because their eyebrows look "burnt off" as you put it.

No matter what society's norms were, I really can't imagine ever fancying a man with an inch of makeup covering his face

I can!

Because I know these people in real life, they're friends and I know enough about women that to tell them they look unattractive is the worst thing you can do as a man. Besides, it wasn't my decision for them to appear on Facebook without make up, so I'm making the best of a bad lot, some bizarre plot, not of my choosing, unfolded in front of me and I reacted positively. (Go me!)

As for make up - it covers a thousand sins and can be a crutch for many women. As a result, they don't take as much care with their skin as they should, and in some cases, the constant application of make up worsens their conditions. The eyebrows looked 'burnt off' because they were previously over plucked. It's amazing when you suddenly see the bags under the eyes, the wrinkles, the blotchy, pimpled skin and the tiny eyes that had previously been hidden.

Maybe that's why some people have reacted negatively to the campaign, they feel as if they've been lied to for a long time and the person they thought they knew has suddenly revealed themselves. They were literally 'two faced'. Though that's a realm of psychological discussion best suited for another time.

Arrrgghhh! Sorry everyone. Why do I keep picking the massive ones?! :(

Eyeliner here is good. But lipstick bad...

Do they seriously expect anyone to believe that those are her jeans?

Edit: for clarity wearing those toe rings is supposed to produce that amount of weight loss !
