Any ideas for your own Gameshow?

Filmaka is looking for pitches for Reality/ Game shows. By Jan. 24 2010 you have to submit a pitch for a Game/ Reality show, and then they will pick 5 to give $2,500 to create a video of you playing your game. Then they might produce it for television.

For this competition Filmaka is partnering up with DRG, who distributes shows like Peep Show around the world.

I thought that was pretty cool.

Why is this better than taking your idea to a production company directly?
