Thanks for your interest. We do have advertising "opportunities" but they're fairly expensive - targeted at businesses wanting to advertise to expats and would-be expats. We have to make a living too.
However, on our forum - which is free and quick to join - we have a House of Fun board. We have fairly strict rules, and we stick to them, so please don't kick the arse out of it. You are allowed one external link in your sig, no more than three lines of plain text - no fancy colours, formatting, or images etc.
Basically what I'm saying is all you have to do is post a joke in there and include your site in your sig. It's a legit way to get a free advert.
I hope this is OK with the Admins here as we're not in competition and I'm not trying to promote my site or take visitors away from here - just simply trying to help. I won't be offended if you delete this posting as I'm more interested in being a member here than trying to advertise any other website. (We don't allow any unpaid advertising at all and don't allow newbies to post links. If this posting was on our forum it would be deleted. Yep, I said we were strict.)
