David Tennant's Hamlet

Any of you hairdressers struggle through Hamlet over Christmas to knock one out over David Tennant?

God no.

David Tennant's Hamlet

You make it sound like Agatha Christie's Poirot or Val Parnell's Sunday Night at the London Palladium

It's traditional to use the possessive form with actors and the role as it's considered such a challenge.

'Agatha Christie's Poirot' is especially moronic as there is no other instance of a Poirot in culture. But that's ITV for you.

I have recorded it.
I shall watch a bit at a time.

Same here. I watched a 'Making Of' thing on BBC Two before Christmas about it, looks very good. :)

Philistine. Unimpressed

It's damn good, so too is the BBC website that goes with it. The DVD of it is out on Monday. I've just started my 10,000 word dissertation on 'Hamlet'.

Philistine. Unimpressed

And proud.
