Nick Griffin can be attacked on many, many different fronts. But don't demean THIS situation by making it appear that he's an exception.

Quote: chipolata @ March 18 2010, 11:12 PM GMTHear hear! What's the poor bastard ever done to deserve such contempt?
Er, said what a lot of people think mayhap ?
Apparently if you want to join the BNP they now pop round for a cup of tea and a chat for 2 hours.
Where is my weedkiller?
In fairness Nick deserves a bit of a break for being more inexperienced than most politicians.
Quote: Chappers @ March 17 2010, 6:50 PM GMTIs that part of Elvis Costello's "Tramp the dirt down?"
Here is the chorus.
Well I hope I don't die too soon
I pray the Lord my soul to save
Oh I'll be a good boy, I'm trying so hard to behave
Because there's one thing I know, I'd like to live
long enough to savour
That's when they finally put you in the ground
I'll stand on your grave and tramp the dirt down
I don't think old Declan was Maggie's biggest fan.
We need a new Maggie. Alas, I doubt that David Cameron will be such an heir. And El Gordo certainly isn't.
Some people will do anything to get elected !

>_<
Makes me puke, MPs just used to go round kissing babies for our votes, now they can't stop having them, first Blair, then Brown, now Cameron!
I read today talk of Vince Cable being chancellor if there's a hung parliament. That would be truly excellent.

Vince Cable is the greatest chancellor we've never had. Please God let it stay that way.
There'll always be these silly 'thingy was the best wotsit we never had' statements. I'm sure they would've said that about Gordon Brown had he not actually become the PM. Few 'heavyweights' live up to expectations in politics. It's usually the rank outsiders like for example Frank Field who seem to exceed expectations. That Trust Politics prog btw was quite good, he got it about right I think, this govt. doesn't trust anyone.

Ah, nice bit of spin coming out of Tory Central Office. I suppose the mandarins at the Treasury would want to put Cable in his place. After all, he was one of the few who predicted the economic collapse and the Treasury, er, didn't.
I'm sure that the Treasury Mandarins did. But the tyrannical El Gordo certainly didn't.
Guido would be most angered at any suggestion that he's taking a CCHQ line.
I still want to vote Labor or Lib, but Gordon makes it so bloody hard.
A webpage for everyone to replace Job centres and pretty much all other government offices.
Oh brilliant f**kwit. The NHS computer is only 10 year late 10 billion over budget and about to get the country sued by every software engineer in Europe. Why don't you sort that out first you moron?
Then lets put 100,000s of government workers on the dole plunging whole cities into recession, in the middle of a national recession.
And what about the millions of elderly, learning disabled or illiterate who can't use a computer currently?
Gordon each day you make it harder to stick with the left.
And if you come round my house for a cup of tea. I will piss in it and stab you.
