Clown Chowder: new stand-up comedy gig Page 15

Tomorrow, Tuesday 21st is the date, BCGers. We'll be at The Old Queen's Head in Angel, Islington. Hope to see you at 8.

The players:

Nick Ewans (Goliath of comedy)
Sean Brightman (flesh-coloured Shrek)
Stuart Laws (Chopz!)
Robert Commiskey (man of the peep-hole)
Star Headliner: Steve Aruni and Henry the singing, sax playing Hoover

And me!

Special for BCG members - £3 entry!

I should add that there's a very real chance of Chopz and I doing a double act.

Dirty.

I would like to point out that Apocalypso! will be doing a presentation at this 'Clown Chowder' tonight.

If you want to get up to date about who Apocalpso! are then here is all you need:

If I don't see at least two BCGers there tonight I'm going to be writing a remarkably rude post about it when I get home drunk tonight. Because that's how you win fans!

Well I'm in Newcastle, so THERE.

Well ... if you and Chopz perform in front of a mirror it'll save you having to write the rude post :P :D

Weirdly... we did perform in front of a mirror. Genuinely.

On reflection was it a good idea? What I'm trying to say is, did you shine?

We did, but from the audience there was a "mere roar"

Cool

I agree

It's true, and can I say what an absolute treat it was to have a double decker of Stuart Laws? Of course it would have been even nicer to have some BCGers in the crowd but it turns out you can't count on anyone these... no, don't do it, you promised not to get angry, Dave...

Aren't you in the middle of nowhere? We can't travel all that way for a mirror act.
