You make it sound like it's my fault you live in completely the wrong part of London.

We sometimes hand out pickles at Clown Chowder. Delicious pickles.

Well pickle me onion... I'm gonna come on down.

Awww, I liked the Sunday afternoon comedy slot, but I suppose with the summer approaching it might have been hard to get the crowds in.

Bet you're glad you didn't call it Comedy Roast now!

I've been in that pub with you before, David. On 15th March 2008. Music Mat was there.

I'll brave a journey which is well over an hour to attend.

But do you remember what you were wearing?

Of course I do. Black V-neck jumper, some Levi 507s and my Kicker boots. David was wearing a green University jumper, skinny jeans and that tan leather jacket of his. I can't remember what footwear he was wearing.

You've let us all down Ben. :(

Which reminds me, I really need to take you to Vegas some time...

I always had faith in Clown Chowder as a name and let nothing I ever said in person or on stage affect that.

Clown Chowder will be back on Tuesday 29th June at The Old Queen's Head, Islington. Act list to follow.

It's going to be so funny it will make you impotent.

Clown Chowder is back like vertebrae!

Your headliners for the night, Alice Lowe (Garth Marenghi, The Mighty Boosh) and Antony Elvin, give a rare performance as musical act and vegetable evangelists, 'Hot Brew'

Also on the bill:

James Acaster "Likeable" (Chortle)
Beth Vyse (TV siren and funnyhuman)
Adam Larter (human firework and host of 'Stand Up Proud')
Laurence Tuck (constipated one-liners)
David Bussell ("Writer of Wrongs" and Clown Chowder co-host)

And your host for the night, Alan Baldwin (MC and scouse wunderkind)

All this for the laughable sum of £5!

Tuesday 29th June at The Old Queen's Head, Islington. 7:30pm.

Less than a week left until the lid pops off and everyone's covered in hot chowder!

And you're going to want to be there for it too because we've got Alice Lowe from Garth Marenghi, The Mighty Boosh and Hot Fuzz along with Antony Elvin who are going to be giving a rare musical performance as 'Hot Brew'. There will also be other acts you've never heard of!

I don't think it's any exagerration to say this gig is going to be more dangerous than a buttered nunchuck!

Location: The Old Queens Head, Islington, London N1 8LN

Hope to see you there.

I have to see a house, but I am planning on coming to another one.

David as you are unlikely to bring the show to the coast of North Norfolk why don't yOu film a bit tonight and stick it up on YouTube?

Funny you should say that - that's exactly what I'm planning on doing (the YouTube bit I mean). For a sample of an earlier gig you can check this out...
