I don't know about worst, but personally I can't stand Seinfield, Everyone Loves Raymond (except me), that one with that annoying girl who thinks she's a pop star, The Cosby Show and that one set in a DIY TV channel. I suppose these are all well rated sitcoms but the innate smugness of some of the actors/characters turns me off, and whatever humour they have seems to nosedive into the Atlantic because I just don't get most of it. I put The Cosby Show in because I thought it was basically a love in, very short of real laughs. I'm told that in order to understand some US shows, it helps to have lived there.
