Worst insult in the world Page 4

Phew, I'm glad you edited it to remonstrate, it all got a bit Lee Marvin there. However, I was making a fair point between blasphemy and heresy (but not living side by side on piano keyboards in perfect harmony).

I will start spreading the love forthwith...until I get bored of treading on eggshells all the time and revert back to form.

Hug <3 Hug <3

:D
Yeah spreasd the love!

Thats ok Jim you're a solicitor and not a comedy writer me and RCP won't be needing your services. ;)

And who says I don't write? And I mean proper, literary, writing, as well as comedy. I didn't want to bring it up as I'm not sure whether I'll get a fair hearing.

Probably not jim, but don't worry about it. Marc P does tonnes of good writing but I'll still argue with him and if possible, use his credentials against him.

None of it's meant with any real malice, well not on my part anyway. ;)

Tell us more? It's actually a fair crowd here in the man Jim. I'm not sure why proper literary writing is different from comedy writing but you get all sorts here with different writimg ambitions.

You just get all sorts here to be fair.

Are you on the single malt Marc? Your spelling is all over the place tonight.

Anyway, where is ITDavid? I want to hear his IT solution!

He's probably trying to work out Google so he can begin looking for the answer Whistling nnocently

Okay, fair enough, IT David, if I have offended you, then I sincerely apologise.

You know who is really funny? Stewart Lee. He makes jokes about religion, some of them very offensive, but everyone loves him. In fact, he's highly celebrated on this Forum, with his jokes about religion and his offensiveness.

Unimpressed

I don't love him. I think he's a smug twat.

I am often insulted by blaspheming.

So are you a deity yourself or do people accuse you of performing unnatural acts with a deity?

Laughing out loud

Yeah laugh it up fuzzball.

That was my error; I should have written something along the lines of...I write literary prose rather than genre prose. I also compose comedy content.

But this is just on a side tip, I have enough on my hands at the moment with the law. Maybe in five years I might consider a change of pace.

Ok. The way I read the above is:

When IT David says, "I am often insulted by blaspheming", he is implying that he is God. Clever, but over some people's heads (esp. Lucozade Wetfart's).

Is that when they let you out?

Not necessarily, hence my earlier attempt to clear the matter up. He could, for instance, have been accused of being a Ganeshaf**ker, in which case he would be the subject of the insult, but a blasphemy would have been committed against the Hindu deity.

'Laboured'.
