Sorry if she's been mentioned (I couldn't be bothered to look through each reply), Frank Spencer's mum. I know she was dead and part of the character's back story, but she you got an impression of what she was like.
Also Betty's Dad. He is mentioned several times, but never seen.
Surely someone must have mentioned Granville's mum...?

I just checked with my daughter who could probably perform every episode of Friends word perfect.
She says the back of his head/shoulders once and his midriff once when they were try to push him through a window.
