I, too, think this is a really good idea for a sketch - very funny and with lots of possibilities.
My choice would be to do it slightly differently: without a mirror in shot.
Very tight head-on close-up (eyes, nose and mouth) of blood-speckled, evil red-eyed face of vampire - angry, hissing with fangs exposed. Draw out to reveal further blood splatters around his face and a residue of shaving foam on his chin. He is wearing a vest and PJ bottoms, and holding a disposable razor poised for shaving. He looks straight into camera, stretches his throat-skin with his free hand before giving up, shaking his head and throwing up his hands in exasperation.
