Eddie Izzard Page 2

Did they know how to laugh? :O :P Errr

His marathon made for interesting TV. He did it all in a rather informal manner, yet still he succeeded. It's like the old proverb: "if you're going to do something really demanding, why not piss around a bit, you'll be fine".

I only watched the first 15 mins before falling asleep. I have a half marathon at the end of the month and don't think I can do it with as much balls as he had, and I've been training for 6 months.

Eddie izzard is fantastic on DVD But I went to see him live last year and I was really dissapointed, laughed about 4 times in the 2 hour gig.

In a list of top 5 comics I'd like to meet, He would probably be no. 1 just so I could ask him for my £30 back, or at least £25 of it.

Well, the original poster is from the US. So to her he is.

Pakistan, actually.

As for Eddie Izzard: meh.

He has to get rid of the hand mic, he can't express himself properly with it!

I saw the documentary on him last night, very interesting stuff.

The spiel being:
Eddie Izzard wants to combine creative forces with you! To gear up for his upcoming shows at the Shoreline Amphitheater (July 16th) and the Hollywood Bowl (July 20th), Eddie is asking fans to make their own interpretation of his work.

Here's how it works. Take audio from some of Eddies most popular comedy moments and match it to your own animated or live video footage.

Once you've made your personal version of an Eddie Izzard sketch, upload it to YouTube and submit it on the official Eddie Izzard YouTube Channel using YouTube Moderator. It's as easy as pasting your video link onto the Eddie Izzard Channel.

Once you've submitted, tell all your friends via Facebook and Twitter to vote on your video. Eddie will review the top voted entries and select his 10 favourites to RUN ON THE BIG SCREENS OF THE SHORELINE AMPHITHEATER AND HOLLYWOOD BOWL BEFORE HE GOES ON STAGE!
