Can anyone do any digging and find out if it's got a 3rd series yet?
It was announced earlier than this last year when series 2 was given the go - ahead.
I'm having withdrawal symptoms, I've had to fall asleep watching it or I can't sleep, I watch it during normal waking hours. I'm addicted to saying It is the epitome of fabulosity and I really want to visit Reading...... I have been at some point........
If it's not on the BCG then it's not been announced.

Series 2 of Beautiful People is now being broadcast in Australia. I'm all for song and dance routines, but the characters, situations and scripts are too glib. Not my cup of tea.

For whatever reason it is saying on Wikipedia that the BBC has decided not to comission a 3rd series.
Though it has no reference so don't know if it's true.
I recently read the memoirs - they're quite different - set in the 60s and 70s for a start, and the characters are often quite radically different.
I watched both series and found both enjoyable enough but was never enamoured of it - I'm not bothered if that's the end, really....

Someone updated Wikipedia to say that Jonathan Harvey had confirmed it's been axed, though no source.
