Steve Martin

Steve Martin is appearing on Late Live - With Jools Holland tonight on BBC Two at 10pm, performing some of his banjo music.

I'll be watching that. I like bluegrass.

Cheers, my missus recently took up banjo playing. So she'll love this!

I wish I never bought her those dungarees and straw hat... Errr

I wouldn't let her watch Deliverance if I were you...

:D

I liked it when he played banjo during his stand up.

Cool I'll try to find it online later.
P.S. I want a Banjo now.

was while he was sporting that plastic arrow or whatever it was he had on his head

It was a very subdued appearance by him. Good picking though.

Which one Leevil, there are 3 movies there:
-Dead Men Don't War Plaid
-The Jerk
-The Lonely Guy

I meant his appearance on Jools Holland the other night, Curt.

It's always 'The Jerk' for me, I love it. Although Trains, Planes & Automobiles is my favourite Martin movie.

I like The Man With Two Brains best. Although all the films he did with Carl Reiner were fun. Trains, Plains is a great film too. As is Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. And Bowfinger's not bad, although it feels like a rip off of Ed Wood at times.

Let's not forget Cheaper By The Dozen 2. Even better than Cheaper By The Dozen.

I give him a lot of credit for pulling off all the dancing in Pennies from Heaven.

The Jerk is by far his most quotable movie. :D
