A production company have taken on a sitcom I wrote and want to enter it into a pilot scheme for a TV company which is looking for 7 minute/12 page scripts. Is it possible to plot a sitcom in this time?

It's not really a sitcom if it's 7 minutes long though is it? More of a short film.
