No strike

ALISTAIR DARLING IS TALKING TO GORDON BROWN

ALISTAIR
Oh Gordon aren't you scared? Our letters telling us what expenses we have to repay are coming by post tomorrow!

GORDON
Come down Darling you're getting all over exited.

ALISTAIR
But I claimed for mowing the lawn when I was blowing my wad on porn.

GORDON
Don't worry.

ALISTAIR
But I was claiming for envelopes getting gummed, when I was really paying for being forcibly bummed.

GORDON
Alistair control yourself! Now watch.

GORDON DIALS HIS PHONE

GORDON
Hello is that the postal union? Go on strike if you dare! Postman Pat more like bolshy twats.

ALISTAIR
Well done Gordon let's hope it works on postal votes as well.

It was nice & concise & I liked the pay off.
Wasn't sure about the porn & bumming, but it's probably right up Newsrevues alley so to speak.

You can never be to sordid for News Revue.

Can I just ask why does AD keep rhyming in this sketch? Is that something I don't know about him? Apologies if it's me being ill-informed...

Dunno thought it was funny. I think lots of things are funny which probably aren't.
