As I want to see Quo in a small venue I've booked for Ipswich on Nov 24, my birthday (ahh!)
Thing is I need a hotel/guest house, nothing too flash but must have on suite because of beer consumption, so, anybody got any recommendations please?

My reaction exactly, but sadly we can't ask old oldrocker how he got on, and as it was the Quo, they would have been appearing at the Regent, which is hardly a small venue - I saw The Beatles and Roy Orbison there, and it was heaving!
