It would indeed be sad coincidence, especially given Foe was renowned for his love of a hard tackle and Gately was a talented member of Boyzone.
Turns out a second autopsy showed Foe died of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. So maybe Stephen Gately had underlying heart problems. No doubt the tabloids will know the reasons for his death before the coroner.
Of the 18 UK singles that they charted 7 were cover versions, some were of almost forgotten records, like You Needed Me others were well known like Love Me For A Reason and Father & Son.
They had 17 UK Top 5 singles and 6 Number 1's
They did contribute to writing the songs, some singles and a fair few album tracks. They get more stick than they deserve really.
At least they didn't stick t stools like Westlife

Maybe this is why I won't go to sleep.
The police are now looking for a mystery Hungarian who stayed at his villa the night he died. There's no punchline - just a news update.
Oh and he did choke on vomit apparently after a drinking session. 
My friends and I used to put each other in the recovery position when we fell 'asleep' (i.e passed out) after a drinking session.
