Songs you hate! Page 6

I am shocked it took everyone this long to realise Robbie Williams is total and utter shite.

'I'm Not In Love' by 10cc.

So I'm not the only one. It makes me Sick

Sex on Fire.

A crap song that has been played almost non stop for about 18 months. I am just waiting for it to replace the news at ten theme and then its world domination is complete.

No! It's been overplayed, but still a fantastic song.

Tis; though I hope suddenly being huge worldwide doesn't ruin one of my favourite bands. :(

Surely 'Sex On Fire' was only written in order to supply Michael McIntyre with a strung-out 5 minutes of MOR stand up material about what a hee-larious concept "Sex on fire" is... :|

Most songs from musicals are pretty bad. 'I Can See Clearly' is just plain depressing and 'Ladies Night' must hold some bad but forgotten association for me.

I like musicals. I only know the name of this band because I have the track on a One Hit Wonders album:
What About Me - Moving Pictures.

Achy Breaky Heart - Billy Ray Cyrus
You're Beautiful - James Blunt

Anything by Kid Rock
Anything by Limp Biscuit (especially that stupid 'Nookie' song)
Anything with Fergi including Black Eyed Peas.

I think ill of people who appreciates any of the above rubbish.

Anything by Bon Jovi

She's so lovely. Painful.

Agree. Terrible, terrible, terrible song. Angry

Anything by that band.

I hate the whistling bit from Peter, Bjorn & John's single "Young Folks", as used repeatedly on adverts. In fact, any whistling on adverts annoys me.

That song is bloody everywhere. It's weird how the advertising industry latches onto a song and won't let it die.

However, some of the worst offenders are You Tube posters, if I hear Craig Armstrong's Escape just one more time...

It's a shame because it was considered a top choon but because it's been badly overplayed, it has become annoying.

I can understand people hating songs because they get played everywhere and are become unjustly far more popular than songs that are as good or better than them but I still think it is unfair to slate 'Angels' and 'Hero' as they are brilliantly written songs.

The reason Angels is so good is because Robbie Williams didn't write it. On some documentary on BBC Choice they interviewed a bitter ish guy who said he'd met Robbie Williams in a bar and took him to his house (and probably shagged him) then played him more or less the completed version of angels.
