Although the twins in the photo ARE rapists.

Rape = not funny under any circumstances, IMO Angry

What about when Jordan jumped on the rape horse not long ago in a desperate bid to make people not hate her as much?

Still not funny. Pathetic maybe.

I think it was massively shit of them, but isn't rape all about non-consent, which wasn't the case?

Judging by the way the story ended, she didn't give consent to the other twin and then got kicked out of the bar for making a fuss about it. It's shit of them and rapey of them.

I always thought rape was sexual intercourse against your consent. When Twin 2 showed up, she didn't say no and did the nasty business.

Obviously, it was the humiliation after at the nightclub which was the sickener, but it's still not rape.

I think I'm having trouble with this one because if the situation were reveresed and I shagged one girl and then her sister took over, I wouldn't feel raped or humiliated, in fact, I'd probably take out a full page ad in the Times to brag about it.

She didn't know it was Twin 2, it was a "completely different" person having sex with her, without consent. I think it could easily be argued as rape.

You could make a pretty good legal argument that this chick only consented to shagging Twin A. She consented to the second shag, but not to shagging Twin B.

If her lawyer could convince a jury that her cooch is chattel, she could at the very least do them for fraud.
