Solitary Man. Pretty good drama about a sixty year old man who still chases after twenty year old women. Michael Douglas can still play a great slimeball twenty years after his heyday.

I love him on Wonder Boys. Don't think I want to see him playing a sleazebucket.

You need to grow a pair, zooo. Besides, he plays a pretty likeable slime.

The old sleazy sex obsessed man genre is my least favourite film genre. After the human centipede sewing peoples' bits together genre.

But it's not really about chasing women it's about trying to cheat mortality. Which might be what Wonder Boys is about, now I come to think of it. Possibly. I shall have to dig that out as I'm partial to films that take place over very short periods.

Presumably all/most of the beautiful 20 year old women are thrilled that the old slimeball is approaching them and fall at his feet? If so I'll give it a miss, but if it's more realistic maybe it's worth a watch.

Star Trek - Into Darkness
So brilliant. I loved it
Just amazing

The Thirteenth Floor. The third best virtual reality film of 1999 after The Matrix and eXistenZ.

So the new star trek film is about the crews of the enterprise bigging up a novelty glam rock band?

Went to see the horror flick "Mama" yesterday. It was better than most of the so called horror movies these days.

Watching Good Will Hunting. Always worth sticking on every now and then. When is Robin Williams doing another serious role? He can really flip from a delicate tender mood into a furious rage in the blink of an eye - much like De Niro or Pacino. He's also great at pulling off these little facial nuances like wry smiles which say a thousand words.

Loved that film. And what was the one where he was a teacher to teenage boys? He reminded me so much of my French teacher who was brilliant.

Dead Poets Society.

He's pretty good in that too, but he does veer towards the manic end of the spectrum a bit.

There's something a bit creepy and needy about Robin Williams, and I think his best performances are when he plays creepy, like in One Hour Photo and The Final Cut.

The more movies he does the less time he can spend doing excruciating standup

Way Of The Gun. Cult crime thriller from the writer of The Usual Suspects. Has it's moments but a bit puddingy. That said, classic opening sequence in a car park with a foul-mouthed Sarah Silverman.

I don'like it when you go negative, Sunshine. Feels unSunshiney.
