I've just seen... Page 217

Watched Where The Truth Lies last night, about two sixties nightclub entertainers involved with the murder of a girl. The storytelling is a bit muddy at times, but it's pretty good. And worth watching just for the scene where a naked Colin Firth attempts to mount a naked Kevin Bacon.

District 13
District 13: Ultimatum

Complete brainless French nonesense, but the action sequences were f**king brilliant. I enjoyed.

Anyone catch 'Westworld' great fun, bit scary though, well anything scares me!

That is a great film, scares me too. Total Recall freaks me out too

Total Recall's brilliant.
I remember thinking it was shockingly violent when I was little and first saw it.

I've never watched the whole of Westworld, but the bits I've seen have been interestingly weird.
Plus it always makes me think of that song by Pavement/Stephen Malkmus.

Lovey <3

It's the bit with the eyes that I find nightmareish.

Why Pavement?!

Is an excellent song.

There's a bit at the start of Westworld where Richard Benjamin is really excited. Like a kid about to go to Disneyland. I absolutely love his acting in that. Great film all round.

Total Recall is good too, if only for the fact that it stars Michael Ironside. A proper 80s bad guy.

Dark City. One of the great unsung sci-fi films of the nineties. I can't believe this is only the second time I've ever watched it.

Is that the one with him from the Crystal Maze? If so, I like.

That's the bunny.

Contagion. Good performances all round and a interesting story (as I have the sniffles a bit), but it just lacked a little energy.

Source Code. Pretty good.

Crap ending though

Jake Gyllenhaal is a great leading man.
