M. Night hasn't made a good film since. Signs was okay-ish, but stupid.
Poor M. Night has a worse reputation than he deserves. He's done some stinkers, definitely, but most of his stuff is diverting enough genre pap.
I thought Devil was alright.

Yep. I quite liked that too, in a Twilighty Zone kind of way.
And I quite enjoy people bumping themselves off in The Happening too.

I love The Happening, but I'm in an army of one when I say that.
I went to Guilfest yesterday - specifically to see Roger Daltrey and Echo and the Bunnymen.
I found Department S playing one of the smaller tents and they were brilliant. I knew a couple of their singles - Is Vic there? and Going left right - but as well as that it was brilliant.
Poor Daltrey suffered some major technical problems - booming fedback that really hurt my ears so I went to watch Adam Ant and he put on a really good show.
Also impressed by the Rifles and a couple of other bands I can't remember.
Oh - and McCulloch and the Bunnymen were great too.

The Village was...good Lord. So stupid. That 'twist'. It looked nice.

Not "just", but I forgot until now. I was heading over to the Globe on Wednesday and saw LOADS of posters for Marc P's book on the way there!
I keep looking for it in books shops but haven't seen it yet 
I've seen it all over the place too. Well the books, not so much the posters.
Don't see many book posters around here though. It's all Harry Potter film ones.
Not seen it in manc', maybe I am not looking.
What is it about? I might be tempted to buy?
