Which 30 minutes?

Which 30 minutes?

The bits where John Connor's bonding with Arnie. And some of the action set peaces could probably be trimmed. I mean it's 2 and half hours - too long!

Generally speaking, though, most movies could lose thirty minutes from there running time. I think Roger Corman says that no film needs to be over 90 minutes. Hard to disagree with him.

Well his definitely shouldn't.

:D

Although he gave Scorcese and De Palma their breaks in the industry, so he's one of the good guys.

I watched Body Double earlier, featuring a young Melanie Griffith, it was awful.

The scene where she dreams about her pants may be the worst cinematic sequence ever.

The whole scene where she's shopping for pants, tries them on! (in front of the window with the curtain half open), buys them then throws them away is just idiotic.

:D Sorry, I haven't read back.

Didn't he make an even stupider film where Micheal Caine is a transvestite serial killer?

Micheal Facking Caine I ask you.

Do you mean pants, or pants?

T2: Judgement Day. Considering it's twenty years old this year, it still looks great. And the CGI is better than most of the CGI you see nowadays. Could do with losing 30 minutes from its running time, though.

20 years. F**k.

I watched Miami Vice the other day

no mobiles, no internet

I could have cried

A car crashed into a ditch in a film I watched the other day (it wasn't THAT old), and she had to wait for someone to drive past, and then they had to go to the next payphone to call an ambulance!
So many people must have died before mobiles were invented.

Yeap, the greatest medicial advancement of the last 100 years.

ARE YOU MOCKING MEEEEEE.
