He's a twat. Should be struck off. Sex offender... Mm, not sure I'd go quite that far, but certainly a twat who doesn't know where to draw the line, or what is appropriate.
In my experience, via my job I would add, that sort of behaviour would, were it to be proved, almost certainly get him onto the Sex Offenders Register.
Although I didn't notice any criminal proceedings being taken.

They could engrave the words 'sex pest' on his teeth - that'll learn him. Although to be honest, he just seemed to come up against a couple of frigid, man-hating bags.

That's sad. He would have been busted in the UK the same afternoon.
He certainly should be struck off and put on the register.
He also sounds like he needs some help.
