Hope you're well.
I'm looking for a mailing list server/site that is free, can have a lot of subscribers, has a HTML email/newsletter builder and the option to save the email/newsletter after you've sent it out so that you can send it out again. It also needs to have the option to send to individually selected subscribers, I don't want to mail out to everyone on my list everytime.
I've already tried Bravenet and Aardvark and I didn't think much of them. Could anyone recommend one?
