Does anyone write songs in their own sitcom?

The Slaggs write and produce all the music in their vids, some of the recent ones being 20-30 minute sitcom pilots. Although we've written comedy lyrics, we haven't included them in any video work yet. But there's always a chance. We find it easier to make the music that fits the mood rather than search for someone else's.

Marge vs the Monorail

I like the bit where they quietly chant "Monorail! Monorail! Monorail!".

See My Vest sung by Monty Burns is pretty darn good too.

"Who Needs the Quickie Mart" is a personal fave...

That's a good 'un too!

Simpsons has a better hit rate than Family Guy, imo. Most FG songs are dire or overlong.

"Lets go crazy broadway style!"

Ooh, and the musical version of Planet Of The Apes starring Troy Maclure is possibly one of the funniest Simpsons moments ever, as part of an extremely good episode.
