When is the deadline for submissions?
Also, anyone known the requirements?
All I remember was that last years Comedy Lab deadline was the end of October. However, there's lots of interesting threads on it if you use the search function.
Yeah I did have a brief look, but couldn't find any info on this years submissions. Didn't know whether requirements had changed etc.
They're not taking new ideas until november for next years comedy labs. As far as I remember, that's what they told me
Any particular date in November? Can't find any info on this anywhere.
This link only gets you so far...

But if you have an idea or script ready, you'll probably be better off using the time now to try to get a production company involved in it.
Does anyone know the address for where to send stuff to The Comedy Lab? The 4producers link that Splodge posted doesn't seem to work unfortunately.
I sent a script to comedy lab a few years back, but it was a rush-job, so I didn't stand a chance. It's actually the only script I've ever sent anywhere.

Are you interested in submitting your work to be considered for the 2010 season of Comedy Lab?Anyone can enter, but, in our experience, the ideas that are supported by taster videos, websites, full scripts or production company support stand more chance of getting through.
The window for sending in your work will be the whole of January and February, 2010. The deadline will be 31 February, 2010. Please do not send us anything before January, even if you already have it finished.
Please submit your work to the following address:
Comedy Lab Submission
Comedy Department
124 Horseferry Road
London
SW1P 2TX
Brilliant, thanks Kevin!
Cheers Kev

31 February is an unusual deadline. Is it a Sunday this year?

There is no 31st February. At best Feb can manage a 29th but not this year.
I might try and have a go at this with a production company. I have a fairly developed project with a few supporting sketches and the like.

You read it here first, folks!
Are there guidelines on what to send? Do they just want a script, or do they need a treatment, synopsis, character profiles etc?
