It's called "Superman: The Animated Series" series one. A lot of the episodes were written by Paul Dini and the art looks a lot like Dini's work on the Batman carton.

Ta. :)

or Judge Dredd,

Now you really are taking the piss?? That movie was awful....If I had never been a reader of 2000ad and just stumbled upon that movie. I'm sad to say that I would have probably never sought to read any more about Dredd, and therefore would have missed out on probably one of the best comics ever printed.

Now for the rest:
Xmen: Good characters but the simple plots they used (Ie: Phonix story and magneto) really let it down. I can think of loads of stories which would have been loads better but I fear they'll probably never see the light of day, unless its in animated form. :(

Wolverine:Great.

Iron man: Okay.

But really folks I cant' wait for a Silver Surfer movie...when they make that one I will surely go Booomielicky ting ting ting..etc etc!

Plus, he took his helmet off. :|

Wolverine: Ok.

Iron man: Great.

Better.

How can you say that...Iron man with robert downey crack head no!! He can never be tony starks ever!

Plus! the whole concept of sabretooth being Wolverines brother is excellent. considering in the comics we never really knew logan's history. Arrgggh its too much! really! :)

Judge Dredd was entertaining as a bad B level action movie. I get it mixed up with Demolition Man all the time too. Both stupid but fun.

Iron man: Great!
Wolverine: OK

Don't hold your breath. With the reboot of FF it doesn't look like they'll be spin off for the world's dumbest idea for a comic book character.
Stan Lee in the 70's "EXCELSIOR this is some great weed! You know what kids like...weed we should make a Weed Man true believers!".
Jack Kirby "That's stupid and I'm not drawing it...the logo alone would take like...forever to draw and stuff".
Stan Lee "What's cool right now? Surfing?"
Kirby "No skateboarding"
Lee "F**k that we're making a Surfer who flies threw space"
Kirby "I don't want to do anymore detail intensive characters!"
Lee "Fine we'll make him silver, is that too hard for you bearded bitch"
Kirby "I love you"
Lee "EXCELSIOOOOOOOOOR"!!!

Iron Man is drunk so why not get an actor with experience?
And Wolverine's history is revealed in other comics...and Sabertooth is not his brother. What made the movie shit for me was Gambit.

I thought he was excellent. Did he take crack during the film? No.

I preferred the X-Men films.

Plus Wolverine and Sabretooth as brothers is rubbish.

Okay, Logan's history was disclosed in part as far back as when he was in Japan, and then later moving on to the Weapon X program which was part of the Alpha flight. He was supposedly the 10th. But before this, we were never told. Yes Sabretooth used to work alongside Wolvie. But adding the fact they were in fact kin adds a cool twist and deepens the ties they have to one another making their hatred of each other all the more gripping :)

Iron man was a Business man.

Silver surfer was a brilliant concept for a comic. I don't care what you say.

Considering I have in my collection Fantastic fours which date back to the beginning and IRON MANS from the very first numbers...I think I know a little about this stuff.

Well I think you're collection of Wolverine must have ended in the 90s.
I advise you pick up this series:

I didn't care to much for the 70's Iron Man. He was dull and generic for me. I liked the 80s booze hound and the confidently cocky 'Conservative like' Ultimate Iron Man. That's just me though. But you are right besides the films introduction to how he became Iron Man it really isn't the same as the original Stark.

Yeah, That book was made to coincide with the upcoming movie.

Ironman in the 80's was a west coast avenger with wonder man. NO! you cannot be serious!

No, the movie was based on the comic. The comic came out in 2002. I have every issue of the series straight off the stand from that year (except issue 1 it was sold out).

As for what I meant by 80's Iron Man I ment the Demon In A Bottle series.
