Do you GROW? Page 50

Nice looking crop Will, I'd want to get those picked and eaten.

Our squash have reached the top of the 6' trellis.

They look excellent Nogget. My squashes went in late and are doing shit.

Anyone know stuff about house plants?

Looks good. In this part of the world it's just about too late in the year and too hot to hope for anything but peppers. The tomatoes have already stopped producing and the squirrels have carried away all of the peaches and fruit.

We'll get another short session of crops when it starts to cool off in September/October.

So when does the growing season start over there

It depends on the region, but here people start planting in early March. Sometimes the end of February, but there's always the chance of a freak freeze if you plant too early. I'm not even sure if we had any freezing days last winter.

I'm in Region IV:

About the same here really
Its not too hot here at the moment but its pretty warm & muggy

We're in the low 90s (32-35C) but it'll hit triple digits before long and the rains will stop and most plants essentially go dormant until it starts to cool off in the fall.

Looks good, Freve! I am wanting to start my veg patch but my garden is in such a state of no direction (it's a mess basically) I feel like I'm going to spend the rest of this year tidying it up. I left it a few weeks to late to tackle the weeds and now I'm having to hack through them and with the weather up and down, it feels like I'm losing the battle! Plus for some strange reason I am plagued with hay fever this year, which limits my time I can spend out there :(

Commendable.
Are those courgettes on the right? I can't quite tell, but they look like they might have mozaic virus.

NOT mozaic virus!?! OMG! :|

Ooh doesn't sound too good does it
Yes they do look a bit ropey

They are either Courgettes or Pumpkins or Squash
I didn't label things very well

I also have Cauliflower & Cabbage but have forgotten which is which
