Lunch Monkeys - Series 1 Page 4

All this - the foul mouthed writer being thrown off BSG (to offer some balance I did meet the guy - a nicer and funnier guy you couldn't hope to eat a Chinese with. Plus he writes for 'Not Going Out' and people like that), the low budget pilot with knob gags that some hated with a passion and some liked, the title forced on the show that doesn't yet mean anything to people, it's all great publicity for the show I guess!

Has anyone managed to see the advert on BBC Three?

I feel the sitcom should be judged after watching the first two episodes. The first episode is normally trying to get the audience to identify with the characters whereas in the second we will actually start to see its full potential.

Got to disagree, a first show should fulfil both, preferably in the opening scene. It can be done and when done correctly it's genius. The idea that you need a show to set up character is flawed.

Going to give this a watch tonight I think. Jesus, there are a lot of 'Off Topic' blanks on this page.
