I made a derogatory comment about US President Barack Obama based on nothing but his colour.
Oh, and Labour's policy people have decided that middle-class students should not be able to get student loans.

Well it's at a think tank at the moment. But if it allows unis too up fees and offer courses to those who can pay then it looks very good for the rich.
They'll be able to buy their way into uni onto top notch courses, whilst the middle middle class get squashed by the huge cost and the poor get to have kwik save degrees.
e.g. I can't believe it's a degree.
The IPPR is more than just another "think tank". It really is Labour's bitch. Or perhaps vice versa...
