Just in case anyone was thinking of becoming a Shaolin monk, a quick heads up on the training process. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUXB38ShMdw
Shaolin kung fu
Nothing's worse then getting stuck talking to some bloke, usually in combat trousers, who goes on and on about Shaolin Kung Fu and Ninjitsu and all the other martial arts bollox.
I don't care how many head hardening exercises they do, their skulls will come apart just like everyone else's when hit with a 7.62mm rifle bullet.
Great stuff.
I love Kung Fuuuuuu!
My Chinese co-worker is in China at the moment, having taken her kung fu mad son to train at the Shaolin temple. Hope he is enjoying himself.
I love kung-fu and martial arts. Bruce Lee films are awesome. I always wanted to do it when I was younger, but never got around to it. Dunno why?
*rolls*
Me too, but I have an aversion to be hit.
I prefer Jackie Chan to Bruce Lee myself. Can't be doing with all the noises and face pulling.
Oouch! Just how many kicks in the bollox can one man take >_<

WWWHHHAAARGHHHHHHHH!!!
*chops Nil*
I'm not too keen on Chan myself. Doesn't do much for me. I can see he's good, but, I dunno.
Bruce Lee is just awesomeness.
*blocks silently*
Lee's a bit over the top imo. Don't get me wrong, he's very talented and his films were great.
*kicks Lee in the balls* Chav style!!
Chan owns.
I learned Akido when I was younger had a license to break bones n all so we couldn't sue each other when practising. That was quite cool.
*channels Che into fists*
*explodes*
I just loved his philosophies and his dedication to his martial art. I liked his style of direction too. Using wider shots to capture the whole fight sequence, rather than close up quick cuts. It was such a relief when I discovered his films and this technique.
Plus Game Of Death has to be seen to be believed

Looks like he's singing a power ballad as part of some boy band.
