I miss the physical side, rolling and taking time out to smoke. But the actual tobacco and pebble addiction wasn't too bad and I came from smoking pebble ALL day.
Occasionally I'll get an urge but it's not too bad. I smoked those e-cigs the other day. That curved me from buying a real packet of fags.
Maybe if it gets bad, bake some brownies?
I think that's what I'll miss too, and in times of stress, the actually smoking.
Ha, nah, need to make a clean break and it's getting it that really became a chore.
Gave up smoking (and drinking) 5 years ago and don't miss either one bit. It does help though, if you have a illness part attributed to smoking.
