Here's a sketch we've just stuck up on the web. Would be interested to hear what you guys and girls think:

Cheers,

That is fantastic, it's tight, funny an original idea, a very original idea and beautifully convincingly like the Channel 4 stuff it's taking the piss out of.

2 thoughts though

1 If you're going for a YouTube type compo it would work at a minute, even though it works well now.

2 The snooker balls talking gibberish is a little confusing when everything else makes sense in context.

I liked this a lot. Great structure, good pacing, well acted. Clever concept and apt banners.

Good work.

Yes very polished, and I sputtered at the wooden leg line.

Absolutely brilliant!

:)

Great work chaps. Worked for me on just about every level.

Very professional. Clever too.

Cheers guys. Much appreciated.

Very funny stuff and it ended exactly at the right point.

The bit with the snooker balls was excellent and so was the old woman upstairs.

I agree with the good looking mustachioed fella.

Clever idea, funny & well produced.

Bloody hell. That was Brilliant. I really liked the fact that you kept true to form and included those ever so slight clicks and bumps and translated them as "E and @" ha ha ha. As for the acting, Clive looked like a man who had been plagued for many long years by the curse of tapping...ROUGH! ha ha ha.....oh go on have some more...ha ha ha ha!

Fantastic!!! My only minor criticism is you could try and compress it a little bit... But no, it's a great thing, and very professional looking too. Well done!!!

Excellent, clever and funny. Very reminiscent of The Day Today. :)

Take no heed of ROB H, he's just jealous of your true skill and merit me ladd! :)

This didn't work for me I'm afraid. But I do tend to prefer things with punchlines so this was never really going to work for me from the start. Brilliant production and acting and very well written, just wasen't my cup of tea.
