How many f***ings in a half hour slot?

What with Ross / Brand thing I know TV has tried to tighten up a bit.

So the question is how many swear words and more importantly f**kings can I resonably expect to get away with in a half hour sitcom post watershed?

And I've done a bad word in the title there sorry - Aaron can you put some stars in.

Goodness me, I had the wrong idea of this thread.

As many as make the line genuinely funnier.

Didn't South Park go all out to break the record on this?

I'd say go for none then you can play for a prewatershed slot.

What if the premise doesn't fit pre-watershed? Can you imagine The Inbetweeners without swearing, for example?

That was my first thought.

But I have an angry Cardinal! Him say bloody and bugger wouldn't be the same.

You're in context, bigfella, so there's no problem.

IIRC, Two Pints has a self-imposed limit of one "f**k" per series.

A good answer!

Have you thought of standing for Parliament?
