Young Turks, Young Guns that kind of thing.
Funniest sitcom moment ever Page 2
I'd probably go for a Fawlty Towers moment, such as when Basil hits Bernard Cribbins in the head in the restuaraunt after finding he's not a hotel inspector at all. The goosestepping in the German episode is also very funny. Not massively original choices, but funny nonetheless.

We've earned the right to do it.
If League of Gentlemen count it's either the depressed tour guide, Papa Lazarous's first appearance or Pam Doove's audition.
The scene in the second series of The Office where Brent has just been bollocked by Neil and then lies to Tim and Gareth.
The Christmas special of The Office where they're having a meeting about the Christmas party and Gareth writes down "something for the old people" and Tim says "what's that? Werhter's originals? A phone call from your son?"
If Human Remains counts it's the wedding shop scene in "All Over my Glasses".
Porridge - The scene where Lenny wants to borrow Fletcher's toilet roll, and he gives him one sheet.
"Mind how you go." - Cracks me up every time.
