No, their mom and dad's basement. It's actually really funny. Their mom is like Gladys Kravitz from Bewitched. She listens in on their phone calls (they're 35 and 33), she buys them clothes all the time, and she drives them everywhere (although Mike does have his permit to drive now).

I'm not saying that there aren't very valid rules that should be followed when considering how to structure a feature screenplay, just that mostly the problem with a screenplay is that it doesn't have a strong enough story to support it. A lot of 1st/2nd/3rd act stuff is mainly obvious by watching a film or reading the screenplay with your writer's hat on.
